This is a Wacom Digitizer with pen Model CTE-440. It's great for digital drawing with fine motor control. It plugs into a computer's USB port (worked fine on a newer Mac Pro, I suspect it'll work on PC easily too). If you hover the pen over the tablet it moves like a mouse and if you press down it draws. After you try drawing with this, you'll never go back to drawing with a mouse again.
